Internally displaced persons in Tabqa

MSFALB3920

Tabqa, a city located in North Syria near the dam on the Euphrates river, was taken from Islamic State (IS) group by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in May 2017. Most of the people who fled the city have returned to their homes and 100,000 IDPs (february 2018) have settled in the city in public buildings and houses most often damaged (there is no camps)... In September 2017, MSF opened an outpatient department and started later providing physiotherapy and mental health care.
